MSC Programs Integrating Triathletes Into A Masters Swimming Club Video Clinic Sprint Training

Masters Swimming began in Canada in 1971 with fitness and competitive swimming programs for adults. Masters Swimming Canada (MSC) is the national governing body, working with partners, provincial organizations and more than 250 Masters clubs. Together, they deliver quality, organized activities to 10,000 registered members between the ages of 18 and 103, making masters swimmers one of Canada's largest adult fitness populations. MSC supports and encourages adult swimmers of all abilities while promoting its organizational values of Fun and Friendship, Health and Wellness, and Participation and Achievement.

MSC is affilated to FINA through the Aquatics Federation of Canada. MSC is a not-for-profit organization.
