The Finance Committee is a standing committee of MSC. Its role is to assist the Board of MSC in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities related to corporate auditing and reporting, financial policies and strategies, and financial risk management.

The Governance Committee is a standing committee of MSC. Its role is to assist the Board of MSC in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities related to governance, governing documents, policies and strategic planning.

The Nominations Committee is a standing committee of MSC. It is responsible for ensuring on a continuing basis that the Board of MSC is composed of qualified and skilled persons capable of, and committed to, providing effective leadership to MSC.
